Thank you for booking with us. Please take a moment to review our Cancellation and Late Arrival Policy.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less notice or no-shows will incur a £50 fee per treatment without exception
Arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment, and the £50 Cancellation Fee will apply
If you cancel two appointments with less than 7 days’ notice within 6 months, you’ll be required to pay £50 upfront to reschedule. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
